about our company

Agricultural Services and InvestmentsASI Europe is an internationally working provider of farmland investment, consultancy and management of sustainable farming operations. Our main focus is on investments in high quality farmland and farming operations in Romania and Hungary.
Since 1999 we have been working in Romania and acquired more then 25.000 ha of farmland for  various investors in several regions of the country. Our team is assessing suitable farming areas on soil quality, meteorological data, infrastructural access, irrigation and social aspects.  We develop this farm land and manage the setup and farming  for investors. Subsequent leasing is also a common  using the farmland. Our strenght is our local presence  in the region and long experience  combined with good standing and strong relations to local and national institutions and authorities.
ASI Europe with its subsidiary company ASI Land Services Srl  completed in the last 11 years 6 large scale farming projects and various big scale land investments.
In Hungary we are workig since 1997, developing several farm and land projects in the region around Budapest, Balaton and in the Southwest of the country.

Our investor base includes familiy offices and institutional investors looking for diversification of  their portfolio through long term farmland investment.

Support for EU-Subsidy  Farm operations in Romania are applicable for EU subsidy programs. Here we cooperate  with highly experienced and specialized  consulting companies for our romanian projects.

Agriculture Consulting For organic as well as for conventional farming projects, we regularly team up with Swiss and Austrian experts.

Renewable Energies Land development and development of renewable energies have many synergies. We intensively cooperate with an Austrian  development company.
